Have been with them for about 10 years now and whilst they have started outsourcing their call centres to Fiji, I am still finding that I am getting a great service. Definitely worth considering.

Motor vehicle accident: one telephone call and my car assessment and repair was booked in with Satori”s in Seymour. The call taker was friendly, clear, direct, and helpful. The easiest claim I’ve ever made. Satori’s was wonderful living up to everything I had been told on the phone. The workmanship is excellent and prompt. Great system from start to finish. Thank you.

I was the third party involved in a not at fault accident who were insured with CGU. CGU were absolutely flawless in handling my claim. So good infact that i will switch all my policys over to this company.

Prompt, Professional and caring customer service. CGU staff helped us immediately during storm event when we had no electricity and water ingress through the roof. The plumber and electrician came over in an hour. The claim process was handled professionally although I did disagree with part of it but overall CGU impressed me with their service. Thanks to Julia and rest of the staff.

I have been overwhemingly happy with the experience from start to end. Hana in the Claims department was so helpful and calming as I was quite stressed when I first called. She has been there from start to end and always helpful. I was also so pleased with the service I had from my Senior External Adjuster from Crawford and Company - George. He was extremely professional and made sure everything was done correctly. I am so happy with the final result in that my premises was returned to it's original state with the minimum of disruption and care and kindness were shown to me. I am no longer a client of CGU as their premiums became two high after 5 years with them. In that period I had one claim and they handled it to perfection. I am obliged to write this review after my dealings with them even though as I said I'm no longer their client. I put in a request for a refund and not only were they extremely courteous on the phone but the paperwork and refund cheque arrived within the week. When obtaining future quotes for home or car insurance I will make sure that CGU is amongst them. Keep up the good work. Luke.

I always stay in this office lobby when I go to the city and wait for my husband to finish work. The cafe has nice coffee and pastries, and also serves quick nice sandwiches and toasties for lunch. Their lounge has plenty of seating from retro corners, pub style chairs and also super big comfy couches in the middle with pillows and some books to read. You have to visit during the holiday season because they have a beautiful huge Christmas tree literally made from hundreds of flamingo flowers, which look fantastic.
